Bids will be received at the Office of Zellner Construction Services, LLC located 2926 Ridgeway Road, Memphis, TN 38115 via email (bids@zellnerconstruction.com) or fax (901-794-9141), until 2:00 P.M., August 15th, 2024 for furnishing Zellner Construction Services, on behalf of the City of Memphis
THE CITY OF MEMPHIS AND ZELLNER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, LLC ENCOURAGES THE PARTICIPATION OF SMALL AND MINORITY BUSINESS IN THE PURCHASING PROCESS.
All bids must be submitted on the Trade Contractor’s Letterhead.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A Non Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at City Hall’s MLK Conference room located at 125 North Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103 on July 16th, 2024 at 10:00 AM. All parties interested in bidding on this project are hereby invited and urged to attend this meeting.
Requests for interpretation should solely be addressed to the CMAR in writing via email to Blake Stabenow at bstabenow@zellnerconstruction.com. No oral interpretation will be made to any bidder as to meaning of drawings and specifications. Requests for interpretation will be accepted up to 5:00 PM on July 26th, 2024. All question responses will be made in the form of an addendum and will be issued as promptly as practicable to all parties registered with the CMAR as having documents.
For the mutual protection of the City, JPA Inc (hereafter “the Consultant”), Zellner Construction Services, LLC (hereafter “the CMAR”) and all trade contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers, partial sets of documents will not be issued. Therefore, all contractors intending to submit a bid shall obtain one (1) complete electronic set of documents from the CMAR’s Plan Room in order for their bid to be accepted. It is the trade contractor’s responsibility to periodically check the ZCS Plan Room for any addenda issued.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications are available for purchase at contractors expense, or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
