Project consists of: Phase 1C - work includes but is not limited to: paver removal, waterproofing removal, subsurface expansion joint removal and replacement, as well as site/walkway/plaza paving implementation with appropriate expansion & construction joints and site drainage improvements.

The Construction Manager will upload all addenda to the plan room. All such addenda will become a part of the contract documents and subject to all conditions contained therein and must be listed on the Bid Form for the bid to be accepted. Note: no addendum shall be issued within three (3) calendar days prior to the date set for opening of bids, unless said addendum delays the opening of said bids.
