Public Projects

The project scope is to construct a new building to house all special electrical substation components currently stored outside and at various locations at MLGW’s Electric Operations Facility.

The project consists of the renovation of a one story, 24,100 SF existing building. This is a level 3 Alteration with a change in occupancy from a Mercantile (M) Occupancy to an A-3 Mixed Occupancy. The renovation consists of the demolition of interior finishes, removal and replacement of exterior storefront, and the installation of new interior partition layouts and buildout systems to function as courtroom spaces, business offices, and an I-3 occupancy retention space. This space has an existing sprinkler system to be modified for new layout.

Park Area Construction/Renovation

The Project is briefly described as follows: Expand and Improve the existing pickleball facilities at Cameron Brown Park to include sidewalks, plaza space, and a prefabricated restroom.

The project consists of constructing a new 43,200 SF two story classroom addition attached to the existing school building. The new facility will contain classrooms, labs, and administration space and will include all associated site work which includes grading, paving, drainage, utilities, and other related work as shown on the drawings and/or described in the specifications. The addition will also contain a storm shelter.

Construction of a District Headquarters for the THP. Facility contains the State Legal department, public parking, secure staff parking, impound lot, and helipad.

Project consists of: Interior Renovation of the Fire Prevention Bureau and restrooms, Site modifications to provide an accessible entry to the Fire Prevention Bureau for the Memphis Fire Department.

Project consists of: Construction of one new pavilion with furnishings (tables/trash receptacles, grills), one aggregate vehicular drive and parking area, benches, bench pads, modular retaining wall, some tree removal and tree planting, site grading and sidewalks.

ARPA Project ID: WW-PDC-CG: The Main Street and Kearns Lift Station Renovations is a sanitary sewer rehabilitation with several functions for the residential community.

The project consists of the installation of six (6) pre-tensioned concrete pickleball courts with fencing and lighting, a restroom facility and associated utilities, and signage within the City Park in the City of Olive Branch MS.
