For the mutual protection of the City, JPA Inc (hereafter “the Consultant”), Zellner Construction Services, LLC (hereafter “the CMAR”) and all trade contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers, partial sets of documents will not be issued. Therefore, all contractors intending to submit a bid shall obtain one (1) complete electronic set of documents from the CMAR’s Plan Room in order for their bid to be accepted.
