BID INFORMATION:
- Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City of Memphis Purchasing Agent, Room 354, City Hall, 125 N. Main, Memphis, TN 38103, until 12:00 p.m., October 21, 2020, for furnishing the City of Memphis with the following:
- FOR THE DIVISION OF: Public Works
- FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF: Addition & Renovation, DM-HE Facility Expansion, Package A
and Environmental Services, Package B
- A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. CDST on October 7, 2020 at Stiles Waste Water Treatment Plant, 373 Stiles Drive, Memphis, TN 38127. A mask will be required and everyone’s temperature will be taken. All parties interested in bidding on this project are hereby invited and urged to attend this meeting. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will count against said “good faith effort” as required by the M/WBE program.
PROJECT CONSISTS OF:
- Drawing Package A consisting of DM-HE Facility Expansion, including selective demolition at existing Drain Maintenance Office Building and Heavy Equipment Shop Building, additions and renovation at existing Drain Maintenance Office Building and Heavy Equipment Shop Building, new Storage Shed, new wash pad, paving and other associated sitework.
- Drawing Package B consisting of a new Environmental Maintenance/Stormwater Administration Building and a new Environmental Services Storage Building, complete with paving and other associated sitework.
